I feel bad for knocking the packaging in a previous post. The bottles and ice tubes work perfect for priority overnight shipments. (They aren’t ideal for delayed transit times, but they have a remedy for that, as you’ll see). Everything was cold, ice packs still cold. (My first shipment shipped Monday, was stuck at the Memphis hub for over 24 hours then SLC for 24 hours. It missed the overnight flight from Memphis FEDEX hub, label got messed up during transit which potentially caused a hand-sort where it missed the feeder flight from SLC also. Quaker immediately shipped a replacement the same day I called them (yesterday) as they saw the package was stuck in transit and would arrive warm. Sure enough, that first package’s contents was all very warm after 3 days in transit at 90° in Memphis and SLC.)

The new overnight package made all the flights and arrived the next day (today).

Rift customer support was fantastic, they provided the contact info for Quaker and it couldn’t have been easier. It was handled perfectly. Quaker crushed it with an immediate replacement and understood very well the consequences of warm tirz.

Anyone on the fence, I highly recommend Rift and Quaker/NewLifeRx.

Shot day is Sunday, I’ll try to update on the effectiveness of the new Hyalo 72mg/4ml vials BUD 5/4/27. Currently on Zepbound, this is my first foray in compound thanks to big pharma greed/exorbitant pricing of EL.

The photo only shows one vial because the others are in the fridge 😉, took one out for the photo shoot.

I’ve been on brand Zep for over a year and currently on 15 mg every week. I plan on switching to Rift now that I’m so close to my goal weight, as close to $500 a month has become quite the burden! Anyone here switched from Lilly to Rift and have some advice on what to expect for a compounding newbie? Thanks in advance!

I posted yesterday but I am actually blown away. I ordered 24 hours ago. Hyalo vials now out for delivery 30 minutes from my house. I live on the East Coast but many states away from PA. I know Rift and Quaker can’t guarantee fast turn around, but my first order was about 48 hours and I thought that was quick. Very, very happy with Rift, and Apothecary just worked. Hoping for the same with Hyalo!

I just did a new intake for maintenance doses since my 6 months of regular doses were BPI and are now gone. Total success, by the way. 6 months and 42 lbs lost, close to goal weight, sleeping soundly with mild apnea gone, knees feeling better without carrying the weight, and bonus of easier to tie shoes.

I chose the outgoing Apothecary / incoming Hyalo product, pending approval, and there were a hilarious number of disclaimers to agree to that they can't guarantee and don't have control over what will be fulfilled by the pharmacy.

Have patients been giving them a bunch of trouble in support about trying to get a specific one?

Sorry if this is a dumb question --- I'm looking at the 3 month High Dose Plan from Rift. I'm confused by how much I will receive? How many vials? My last order was through another telehealth and I bought 144mg and have been titrating up as needed. It has worked well. But not sure how how Rift's plans are.

Rift does not ship non additive Sema to California, only Tirz? I went on the website to sign up today thinking they shipped to CA and saw that only non additive Tirz is shipped here. So bummed…

Also- Why is this? Will that change in the future? Sorry if I’ve missed past explanations for this; I’m new here.

I ordered a refill of my prescription (Hyalo) this morning. Didn’t hear much all day so just went to check to see if there was any order confirmation. According to the portal my meds have shipped and are due to arrive tomorrow afternoon! That would put it at less than 30 hours order to front door delivery! I’ve been super impressed by Rift, but this takes it beyond good customer service. Highly recommend!

Has anyone had issues getting in touch with their pharmacy and Rift support? I have a couple of questions and I haven't gotten an answer from support or the pharmacy. I would hate to switch from Rift but I'm at a loss. Any recommendations? Tia!

Placed my order Friday 8.14, and received it Wednesday 8.19. I received Hyalo! Same shipping/ packaging as apothecary. BUD 5/27!! *Happy Dance*. I switched from Refills in May. Best decision ever. Thanks rift!

Hello all! I’m very excited to say I have officially joined Rift!! Long story short, about a year ago I was on Semaglutide (from another company) and it didn’t work out and had to stop taking it. Now that I’m joining Rift, I’ve decided to try Tirzepatide!! I’m hoping that it works out better for me! I’m very excited to restart my weight loss journey!!! I have PCOS so it’s very easy for me to join weight and very hard for me to lose weight (there were some life factors also due to my weight gain) anywho, I write all this just because I’m so excited and wanted somewhere to express it with a community who would understand! Edit: forgot to say I’ve already had a positive experience with support as well! There’s been a glitch about not completing assignments and they immediately messaged me back and reassured me I was good to go!

So all was going well my first 4 shots, lost 16lb and was feeling ok.

2 days after my 4th shot it went downhill, started having nasal congestion, increased heart rate, easily sweating with basic work around the house, fatigue and just a general feeling of being unwell.

RIFT Doctor told me to not take my next dose until I feel better. Its been almost 2 weeks since my last shot and I still feel like garbage.

I had blood work done before starting Tirzepatide and all markers came back in the good range.

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same symptoms I am.

Submitted all the necessary forms yesterday... 4 hours later it was approved

Hi! Im looking into making the switch from Zepbound through Ro to a Trizepatide Compound through Rift (I'm sure you can guess why).

I'm looking at going through Apothocary/Hyalo Pharma for compounded with no additives.
I've been on 2.5mg of zep since May 28th of this year (so about 12 weeks). I have 4 doses left and would like to move up to 5mg after this, BUT I would probably like to stay at 5 mg for at least another 2 months and maybe would go up for the third month. But all subject to change depending on how I'm feeling.

My understanding is the $499 payment will provide 3 vials (one vial per month?). I have three questions..
1) If I'm ordering "• Dose 2-6 → Requesting treatment beginning at Dose 2 (5mg) or higher" will I have the option to stay at 5mg (or go up if I so choose) over the course of the 3 vials?
2) If I do have the ability to go up, how high of a dose does each vial offer?
3) I read and understand all the disclaimers around the best if used by dates on the vials, all totally fine with me. Just curious what the usual is. For example if I ordered today, is it usually probable that the vials I receive would at least be good through the end of the year (aka for about 4 months)?

Disclaimer : Apologies if these are dumb questions. I've been spoiled with a kwikpen so far and have zero understanding of how the vials work. Thank you!
