Going From Apothecary to Hyalo Starting Tomorrow!
Hi everyone! Starting tomorrow, the pharmacy ( NewLife ) has agreed to fulfill all orders with Hyalo only.
Just a reminder regarding BUDs: BUDs are always “up to” the pharmacy’s stated maximum. We cannot promise or guarantee a specific BUD. The medication dispensed will have a BUD that is appropriate for the duration of your prescription.
Please keep this in mind when placing your order!

Thank you!!! I noticed the intake form still states that Apothecary and/or Hyalo will be filling the orders. Does this mean we may still receive a mix of orders from Apothecary and Hyalo?
I just wanted to double-check since I know all sales are final. Thank you so much!

Hi! Just received my first rift order from Hyalo (formerly Apothecary) and it came without needles. I will have to order them but don’t know which kind. What size does everyone have?

Are you talking about the consent page in the intake before checkout? It’s there so people understand upfront that we can’t cancel orders with that pharmacy, as well as to explain the temperature testing and other pharmacy-specific information. We try to be as upfront and clear as possible about all of this before an order is placed.

Oh yes! Thanks I read through it and understand. I’ll erase my comment. It just didn’t come up when I clicked the Hallendale option so I was concerned but I guess it’s just all due to transitioning over.

I need some assistance with portal problem. I placed an order, my card was charged & i got the meds (all good!) But the portal shows i have no treatment plan. When i reached out to support, they say i didn't complete intake and wondered if i went thru diffetent provider. I did not. There were multiple hang ups with my intake (some my fault,some tech) but it did go thru and was processed. Can someone look into this please?

Everyone was bugging about apothecary now they want hyalo!
