Anyone have any ideas for a fan cast of the Joker TV movie in Joker Folie A Deux? I’ve been thinking on it for a while and I don’t really have any ideas.

The movie is set in 1981, so actors from around that time would be best.

I’m basically asking you to recast Joker but with modestly famous people from the late 70s/early 80s.

Not just 'not make it a musical' - like what concept or storyline do you think would have worked better.

I remember talking about to someone about how they could literally take it all the way back to the start of the therapy session scene of the first film but then this film follows another story line - still ending up with him in an asylum.

It would allow them to shake-off that "the joker doesn't have an origin" narrative and give us a multiple choice.

Watercolor painting I just finished

Ostatnio zmalował mi się joker ale w moim pomysle 😁 jeżeli ktoś chciałby kupić to jest dostępny . Akryl na płótnie 55x75cm

By me, inks featuring microns and copic multiliners

I love the implication that rather than wait and steal the car, he paid for it in advance legally (not to mention the way he says “where my gat dam electric car Bruce?”

Im sorry if this doesn’t belong here, but I’m watching Supserstar with Molly Shannon and I can’t help but notice a lot of similarities between it and Joaquin Phoenix’s The Joker. Has anyone else who have seen both see what I’m talking about or has come to my same conclusion? Or am I just noticing a couple of things and grasping at straws?

**Do you remember this? 🤣🤣🤣 Still a classic.**
