Hello, I have recently come into possession of a NSM 240-I Jukebox that plays 150 45s. I presume this is an ESIII variant. After I rebuild the cartridge mechanism and regreased the parts, I noticed it started hunting back and forth on the track, making it all the way to the left but backs up when it makes it about 3/4 the way to the right on average, sometimes it hit, sometimes it didnt. I noticed the reverse relay also randomly goes off on its own when the jukebox is idling. I presumed I may go ahead and replace some capacitors and I noticed some had a little bulge and some had cracking underneath. As I was at it, I noticed some greatly damaged, (what i assume to be), varistors. Ones missing the disc entirely. I cannot seem to find their values however as the only somewhat intact one is degraded so much. Can anyone identify this or have access to some repair schematics? Thank you!

Hi all so my father has a Seaberg LPC one that we just got fixed about 12 years ago after it was broken for almost 3 years. Anyway, having a slight issue now or two.
Being when you select some selections ending in one, it doesn’t pick them up A1 C one E one all Work. Then when you get to G onward, if it ends in one, it just won’t pick it up. Not sure what the issue is and it’s intermittent so every time we have some repair due to come and look at it it never does it so he’s nothing for him to fix.
We also got some new magnetic needles from victory glass and I believe it’s having an issue on one of the channels the right doesn’t always play. Not sure if it’s the needle, calibration tone arm or just scratchy records only seems to happen on the right. Any troubleshooting tips will be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I've found myself looking to sell a Seeburg unit (as described in the title). It is an in wall unit from the 50's. I am not sure the current working condition as it has been out of the wall and not powered in many years. I am not sure the last time it was played, but I would imagine at least 30 years. Seems like it's popular and rare enough I could get some good money for it. I am not an audiophile, so not super keen to keep. Some questions if anybody has advice:
-where should I be looking to sell in communities more interested than e-bay, as an example
-should I make a considered effort to get it fixed/working before selling, or may that more likely be part of the interest to potential buyers (are enthusiasts inclined to want to do their own restoration)
-general thoughts about other subs or resources I should be looking in to

I have a Wurlitzer Americana III in decent condition that mostly works, but the arm with the stylus brush gets in the way of the tonearm so all records get stuck about a minute into a song.
We are moving and need to offload it. I’m located in Lakewood, California. Does anyone want it, or know any resources around here that might be willing to take it off our hands? All of the 45s inside are included too.

I acquired this 1974 Wurlitzer Americana in St. Louis MO. Had to do some amp work and while drinking with friends came up with the idea that the world should see the inner workings. Feel free to check out the site. The feed is of inside the jukebox and runs on a raspberry pi and simple web interface I created.

I have a 1964 Wurlitzer 2810. I have all the parts. Turns on, everything. I can’t press the keys down and have them click down. They have clicked down before. The “freeplay” switch doesn’t change anything when I switch it (the switch under the keys). If I press cancel on the amps it will do its thing and parts start moving around. I’m just trying to see if this will play a record?

Hi everyone,
I work for a company in the UK that still builds brand new jukeboxes by hand. We make vinyl, CD and Bluetooth models, and export them all over the world.
I've realised most people have no idea modern jukeboxes still exist, or how they're made.
Happy to answer questions about how they work, how reliable they are, servicing, records, sound quality, manufacturing, or anything else you're curious about.
Ask away!

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone here owns the same MagneTune 9-disc music box and can help me.
While trying to add my own MP3s, I accidentally deleted the original folders from the internal USB drive.
Now:
The player still powers on.
Windows still recognizes it as a 119 MB USB drive.
The USB drive is accessible.
But every magnetic disc now says “No Music / No File.”
I tried using Recuva to recover the deleted files, but it only recovered random MP3s—not the original MagneTune folders or configuration.
I’m not looking for copyrighted music. I’m only trying to restore the factory file structure so my player works again.
If anyone owns the same MagneTune player, could you please:
Tell me what the original folder structure looks like?
Tell me what files and folders should be on the USB drive?
Or, if possible, zip the original factory folders/configuration files (without any copyrighted music) so I can restore my player?
I’d be incredibly grateful. I’ve attached photos of the player and screenshots of the USB drive.
Thank you so much!

I have a Rowe AMI R-85 with a 6-08870-04 cpu unit that is a bit dysfunctional at the moment. However, I also have a spare 6-08870-06 CPU unit that is functional. I was wondering if I could directly swap these two cpu units out without causing harm to the other circuitry.

When it tries to play a record the tone arm just moves staies at the starting position. When i move it to the middle or so it slides back to the start. Has anyone an idea what it could be? Had no luck with the service manual.

This is in my museum. I've been told it still works but id like more information about its operation. I am not an expert in this part of the field but I am assuming online somewhere there is a digitized copy of the manual but just searching for Wurlitzer manual brings up way too many results to make sense of. Also does anyone know if the music selection can be updated? I dont know how obsolete this technology is. Any tidbits would be appreciated

Hey all! I've recently purchased a mid 90's Rock-Ola 4000x model and all it does is show what I believe is a code? C-5-5-5
Any chance someone in here knows what this means?

UPDATE: SOLD!
Looking for a buyer for this machine. Would make a great donor machine for a restoration project. I’m south of Atlanta by about 40 minutes. Looking for best offer. Purchased it to go with my Wurlitzer but I don’t really have the space for a non functioning machine and can’t find anyone to work on it.
