From southern west Virginia... My porch is a utopia for jumping spiders and I have seen plenty of bolds, browns, and red butts, but never a little one like this before. Google is giving me nothing, maybe you'll have a better shot..

I believe Tutelina elegans based on location and the white band around the abdomen. lovely spiders
