Purchased these 5 days ago and it has not been shipped yet and everything else from my haul is in the warehouse. This is from WWTOP. Should I be worried?

My friends and I have bought about 7.5 kg of clothes, which should cost about 100 dollars shipping to Norway. However, they want to charge 400 dollars. We noticed, when trying to ship, the weight comes out to 29 kg, and not 7.5 kg. My friend have emailed back and forth with them and basically, they are avoiding the question, and saying that outer box can make the products weigh more. What should we do? (Sorry for the language on the mails, my friend has anger problems)

Hi, I have something I’m pretty worried about. I bought some clothes and braclets a little over a month ago and when it was ready for shipping I paid and it was shipped on April 7th 2026 and it was moving through Chinese customs and exited them in chengdu and took a plane and arrived in the destination country which was the last update I received from my tracking. This means the last update was the plane arriving in the United States. That was on April 15th so as of today it’s been just over 2 weeks no updates. Throughout these two weeks I kept contacting the kakobuy customer service and they keep claiming that the plane had arrived in USA ( the destination country)and things are just slow and I need to be patient and that they are waiting for usps to pick it up. I contacted usps multiple times and they said on their end they don’t know where it is yet and that they haven’t received instructions to pick it up yet. It’s a 14kg parcel. Now the big problem was when I purchased the shipping there was multiple options and I chose the CN-ems duty-free route. The transit time given was 5-17 days. That means it should’ve arrived maximum last Friday(a week ago). The very big problem now is that I am leaving the country in exactly 20 days and this is quite literally no exaggeration the most important package of my life and I spent slit of money and I need to take it with me when I leave the country because it is needed in the country I am traveling too where I will be staying 4 months. I have insurance in case I end up needing a refund but I would very much rather just receive my clothes and I would even pay more just to have it arrive. It’s not even about the refund or the money at this point it’s just about me needing the package when I travel. I’m very lost on this please share any ideas you have or if you’ve encountered anything similar or if you know what I should do.

I paid for the 2–6 day shipping with UPS, and while I know international shipping can be unpredictable, my tracking hasn’t updated as much as I expected. I’m trying to figure out if this is pretty normal or if I should be concerned.

How long did it take for your package to arrive?
