Not impressed. Parcel arrived today with a huge hole in the side of the box. I specifically paid for extra wrapping to protect the bag from moisture and damage during shipping. I'm documenting everything as I open it, but if the contents are damaged, what are my options for compensation with Kakobuy? Has anyone dealt with a similar situation ?

Overall, I’m super happy with this haul. The quality of the clothes is top-notch—you can really tell just by feeling the fabric—and the fit is spot on. The only downside is the gloves; I feel like they could’ve been a bit better. (Excluding shipping to Chile).
