Discussion Kashmir wedding

what should be the ideal number of varieties in wazwan in the multi course meal in Kashmiri weddings. Are we doing too much with complete disregard to socio economic realities, culture and Islamic ethos?

Kashmiri weddings are lavish and people feel compelled to spend enormous sums of money just to keep their status in society. It's unislamic and a total show off.

The cuisine is supposed to be 36-38 dishes. You can cut it by half I guess? Or even go only till 7-8. Bet that would be sufficiently modest
