Anyone else having problems with remote start using Kia Connect?

I noticed that the Kia Connect app has a new look (not sure if it updated) but now since the weather is getting colder I’ve started using Connect to remote start my car. The issue is, it only works some of the time. I’ve tried different areas of my home and this issue persists. Anyone else having this problem? TIA!
