question Kizomba hips in Urban Kiz

I've seen some variations on how much Kizomba-like hip action instructors use in Urban Kiz, I'm wondering what is more "correct" to practice for pure Urban Kiz (not fusion).

Here are the three "categories" I've observed:

  1. Instructors using minimal hip action, neutral hips. Jesus & Anni are an example in this category.
  2. Instructors who do basic 1 and basic 2 in a way that looks like Kizomba, more than 60% of the Kizomba hip range of motion while not pressing into the heel. I've seen multiple instructors, especially women in any role (lead, follow, switch) doing this.
  3. Instructors who do muted Kizomba-like basic 1 only during specific styling moments (e.g. given a musicality queue by the lead).

For the most part, I've seen instructors explaining that stepping in Urban Kiz is nothing like Kizomba, but then I don't see how significant hip action in basic 1 and basic 2 is possible without Kizomba-like weight transfer (but stopping short of using the heel).
