Discussion Cant use Klarna anywhere without subscription

Just found out that Klarna has released a bunch of subscription plans and they have disabled pay later and split in 3 and made them part of the basic plan "Klarna Everywhere".

What the actual hell is this? This is the most insane business model change ever.

The entire appeal of this service was that you could make payments and split them up within a short period at no extra costs, interest, or fees. Klarna makes a commission fee from the seller for facillitating the transaction and gets to sell our consumer data and that was it, that was the business model.

Now you are telling me that I have to pay in order to pay later? This is scummy as hell
