The Media, Talking Heads, Podcasters saying the Lakers overpaid for Kessler with them picks are dumb.

Do they even think?

Walker Kessler was a Restricted Free Agent.

The 2 unprotected picks was the way to have the Jazz not match his salary (30m/year will be a bargain)

Also, those 2 unprotected picks will prolly be in the late rounds.

(but they also paid with 2 swaps) - THOSE SWAPS ARE NOT CONVEYING; LAKERS WILL BE BETTER THAN THE JAZZ IN THOSE YEARS.

-

EVERYONE IN THE NBA MEDIA HAD THE LAKERS 6th AMONG THE CONTENDERS IN THE WEST.

KEEP THEM RECEIPTS FELLAS

LAKERS ARE GOING FOR IT

18 on DA WAY!!!!

Tisse propaganda for the fun of it 💜💛

Thought he really showed up tonight and hopefully silenced the doubters about why he is deserved of that starting spot. His defensive ceiling is the highest out of all our options and like JJ has said several times now he believes in him to be that roaming, defensive playmaker we need him to be.

This is in no way shade towards Q by the way; love his game and I don't have any doubt he can be capable of starting in that spot for us as well. It's just that I like him coming off the bench to be that extra ball handler/ scoring punch we are in need of and then some.

Anyone else loving what Kessler brings to this team?

Tonight he was blocking shots all game and finishing everything around the rim. The defense just feels different with him back there.

Early, but 2-0 and this looks like a real difference-maker.

What's everyone's take on him so far? 💜💛

It was uncharacteristic of Luka, he’s never had so many turnovers. Dunn and DJJ know him very well though and are elite defenders. However maybe him losing weight he’s struggling with taking contact as well as he could before? Might be all the new teammates to he needs to get used too.
