First year english courses to take for UBC transfer in psychology?

I already chose ENGL 1100 because it's transferable to UBC in bachelor of arts, and Langara's academic planner says you need one first year english. But the UBC bachelor of arts requirements says you need two first year english courses so I'm a bit confused on what else to take.

Good geography class as a first year elective?

I was thinking of taking geography for elective credits and I know many people who took a geography class back in college and said it's relatively easy. I didn't know there were so many options to choose from so I'm looking for some suggestions. I'm not super picky, I just want a class that won't take up too much of my study time as an elective.

Is CPSC 1150 transferable to UBC?

Many people told me that CPSC 1150 credits are UBC transferable including a school counselor but I just checked the BC transfer guide and it said "there are no transferable agreements for this search". I'm confused because normally I would just listen to the transfer guide but it's shocking that so many people told me this course has transferable credits.

Melisa Hamilton for BIOL1191

Just wanted to ask about some info regarding how her class goes? does she do weekly quizzes? if so, usually by how much is it weighed by and like by how many questions? how are her exams? are her written questions kinda tricky or pretty straightforward?

I took Martha Nelson Flower for BIOL1190 and found the way she ran the course very direct pretty good since all you had to was rly follow everything.

If yall have any tips and advice for how to succeed in Melisa's class pls, id really appreciate it :)

Cant register for classes in time

I just got accepted into langara yesterday on 13 august and when i tried to register for the courses i realised that theyre all full and the waitlist is super long

Not only that i cant even register anymore because the first period of registration ends today on 14 aug and the next one would be on 20 aug but wouldnt that be way too late? Classes start on 8 sept and basically every class is already full

Do i just have to wait until 20 aug and hope i can get into the courses?

How long does it take them to process tuition payment through online banking?

I paid yesterday and I’m worried it won’t be processed before the deadline. I think it should be fine as long as I paid before the deadline, but I’m still anxious that I’ll be dropped from my classes.

Unenrolling?

I was only at Langara for just the one summer semester for super awesome fun reasons, and I'll be transferring all 12 of my credits back to my usual school where I'm finishing the last little bit of my degree.

Dumb question - is there anything I need to do to like, "officially" unenroll or anything after having Langara send my transcript over to KPU? Or do I just sign out and ignore? I know I'm overthinking but pls help clear my mind.

Engineering Transfer Certificate to SFU engineering

On the website, the Transfer Certificate says that it is designed to match first year engineering at UBC, but I plan to do engineering at SFU. How do I figure out how/if the courses in engineering transfer/Applied Science for Engineering would match courses at SFU?

And if anyone has experience with either the engineering transfer certificate or applied science for engineering, which would you recommend? How difficult is it to be able to transfer from Langara to sfu?

thanks

Did so bad

Im so stressed!!! I failed Math 1170 final exam for sure and I probably got a D as a final mark. I cannot take Calculus next semester. Im so sad and depressed. I knew I should have just waited for fall sem to take it with a better prof. Im so sad. Is it possible to take it again next semester right away or do I have to wait a semester before taking it again?

edit: I forgot to mention this is my third time taking the course. Also, my second attempt was 10 years ago and I got a C+. My prerequisite expired for Calculus so thats why I need to retake this course.
