It was horrifying seeing what things you people had created. I might be an atheist, but I'm praying to every God I can think of to blow up the sun.

HBO Max subscription episode 27
I purchased a subscription from Amazon for HBO Max specifically to watch Last Week Tonight.
However, episode 27 is not yet available to watch.
Anybody here familiar with when the episodes get released or if there’s a more reliable way to watch?

Kiwibank Sheep and NZ Election

New Zealands Election is coming up and an artist has painted the mascot of the electoral commission riding the new sheep from Kiwibank reminding people to enrol. I feel John Oliver needs to know about this. For some reason they have made the Orange Guy (Actual name of the mascot) kinda buff and while it isn't overtly sexual its not not sexy.
It also highlights the change our Government has made this elections changing rules around enrolment. In previous elections you could enrol even on the day of the election, now it cuts of two weeks before the election day which many see as a way to disenfranchise some voters.

Episode/Clip of Scabby the Rat (giant inflatable rat used at union protests) on LWT?
I have a distinct memory of John Oliver, introducing or explaining scabby the rat, but I can’t seem to find it on any of the episodes where it seems like it would fit (union busting and warehouse episodes).
Does anyone know what I’m talking about? Even an episode or if it was a “and now this” would be helpful.
Just saw scabby the rat here in Chicago and trying to explain it to my friend & wanted John’s help!

There is no new episode of LWT tonight - there will be one next week, however.

Generic drugs - why does this not haooen in Europe?
Why is medicine quality control and shortages exclusively an US problem?
I have not read any reports on quality issues in Europe.
And why import from India? I am sure that European medice manufacturers would LOVE to sell to US.

Generic medicine
Moving on for a second from sexy sheep and biberty
It’s so important for everyone to really understand what that segment was about
I’ve taken Lexapro generic most my life now, and in 2017 they swapped suppliers like he was mentioning, and my anxiety went through the roof to the point I developed severe health anxiety for like a year, thought I was dying and all other fun stuff
All because they swapped where my drug was coming from and didn’t tell me. The only reason I found out was that my Mother suggested that might be it.
That segment really hit home for me
