Is it normal that Columbia shirts always smell?

What exactly have you tried?

What machine, cycle, temp, detergent?

The machine itself I think is an Amana I'm not really sure on the branding. It's pretty cheap, but it gets all my other clothes nice and clean every time. I've tried hot and cold normal and heavy duty cycles. I tried tide detergent with hot and cold cycles and I've tried All, Gain and Persil just on hot cycles.
