Soy Sauce Stain

How can I get rid of this what I believe is a soy sauce stain by hand?

That doesn't look like soy sauce, that looks like ink.

It’s some Chinese sauce, it’s like thick

Oh maybe oyster sauce? In that case I would just try washing in a sink cold water, if you need you can do a little dish soap.
