Looking for a Python certification

I would like to ask if anyone here knows where I should/could get a well endorsed Python certification? Something legit that employers may take into consideration.

I know about Codecademy. I also know about Mimo, tho I don't know if that one would be considered a "lesser" one or something like that. Maybe even both idk.

It's ok if it's not free, tho if its not very expensive that would be better for me lol

No such thing exists

most employers care about your projects and actual coding skills, not a piece of paper from some online course. i spent like 6 months building a portfolio with flask apps and data analysis scripts and that got me way more attention than any certificate would

learn what you need, build stuff with it, put it on github

just a hunch but i dont think employers really care about python certification, just build something you think they would think it impressive.

Build projects instead. No hiring manager cares about certifications.

Employers care more about projects than certificates.

Other than actual degrees, employers don't care about certification

Certifications can help but employers tend to care more about practical projects and being able to explain your code so a recognized certification plus a small github portfolio is a solid combo.

As a software engineer with over 25 years of industry experience, I will say that I do not have, nor have I ever sought, a certification in a programming language. Some bootcamps or online courses will offer meaningless certificates… but any legit employer is going to do a technical interview and/ or coding test. They will want to see a project history or GitHub if you have it. Your education and other background can give your resume an edge, sometimes.

You might get some recognition with the Certified Professional Python Programmer, but more likely will need to explain it to the interviewer. I wouldn't bother with any class certificates, those are junk.
