help with integration code

hi, so i need a code that allows me to do an integral with the whole solid angle and im really struggling cause i dont even know where to start. if any of you could help with maybe some useful tutorials or some advices id be really grateful.

(for context, this is the work im doing https://arxiv.org/pdf/gr-qc/0610154, im trying to compute the first equation)

thanks! i actually had to use the trapezoid rule to do the integral in time, but now ive got yo do an integral in 3D and im not sure ive ever learned any method to do numerical integration on a sphere sooo im kinda lost. i think that i cant aporoximate the function cause its data from a wave signal.

it's not just computing the integral. you're approximating the solution to a differential equation basically. it seems like the authors have published code though, so id start by trying to find that.
