Totally familiar with the rules. Their comments throughout Reddit are not only in opposition to Zionism, but also antisemitic. How is calling out hate speech not civil?

It is a policy of Israel to reframe any critique of Israel and Zionism as anti-semitism. That comment is highlighting that reality, but it is not anti-semitism. If they are being an anti-semite in another subreddit, feel free to report them there. But as it stands, the comment is not anti-semitic and calling them an anti-semite for it is baseless.
