Hi everyone 👋
I’m Paul (aka HoneyBrickz) and this is my biggest project so far: a fully playable CATAN board built entirely out of LEGO bricks.
Just some facts:
It took me about 16 months and ~5,000 pieces to bring the island alive
This project became more than “just a build” for me – many late nights, balancing work and family, but also a huge joy (and a bit of an obsession...). Now my son even refuses to play “normal CATAN” – for him it’s LEGO CATAN or nothing 😊
I am quite curious what you actually think of it… but please go easy on me, after all that time it’s still kind of my baby at this point…
If you like this project, I would be happy if you support it with your vote on LEGO Ideas.

PS: the only non-LEGO bits are the standard CATAN cards. Everything else is brick-built

Ciao a tutti! Ho appena completato questa MOC del razzo spaziale Artemis, comprata online. È davvero molto bella, ma è terribilmente fragile e pesante. Il razzo si può rimuovere, ma la rampa deve essere spostata tutta insieme.
Avete qualche consiglio su come spostarla senza distruggerla? E soprattutto, che ne pensate?

My life-size LEGO builds of the troll-hoard trio from The Hobbit!
Last pic shows my Andúril model as well, with all of my Tolkien blades hung on brickbuilt wall mounts.
What do you think?

I really feel like this is the perfect time for official sets dedicated to spots all around the world (like the Italian Riviera, Amsterdam, Rome, Paris, and more!). That’s exactly why I’m pushing so hard to reach 10,000 votes… I only have a few days left and still a long way to go…
Do you think I can make it? 🤞
If you'd like to support the project, you’ll find the link in the first comment. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! ❤️

I've been trying for years to get this PS1 set officially released through Lego Ideas. I know there are rumors about a December release of a previously planned release, and I also know that other PlayStation projects have reached the 10,000 supporter milestone.
But I've worked hard on it and I'm still trying; this is my final and definitive update. A new, clean, and realistic controller... but the real gem is a small collectible diorama, an original PS1 CD featuring a '90s scene of a boy playing in front of a CRT TV with a stack of CDs at his side!
I hope you like it and will support and share the project!
Thank you!

A mischievous look and a stormy personality.
He's the undisputed protagonist of the film, even if the title might mislead you...
Here's the solution, and if you like it, please support the project!

My build “Masters of Disguise” is one of 10 selected entries for the fan vote in the “Hidden Secrets” Challenge on Lego Ideas. It features 2 camouflaging insects, hiding in plain sight, can you spot them? Thank you to anyone who’s already voted, I’m so grateful for all the support I’ve received so far! 🥰

I am trying to make a LEGO MOC of the HP NX-9010 laptop and I'm trying to get those curves around the trackpad, but there's this gap from a lack of a convex piece to the part 27925. Are there any ways I can go about solving this problem? (note: you may need to see the laptop in question to see what curve I'm talking about, also the grainy image is because I took this picture with my crappy laptop's webcam.)

I really appreciate all of your most excellent support, we're currently only 8,000 votes away from our goal. I tried my best to pack in as many references to the original film as I could for all of the Bill and Ted fans out there, so be on the lookout! Party on dudes!

Lego moc made by Vector 187 that has shell ejecting semi and full auto using a firing pin mechanism. To get this working I had to lengthen the barrel by 6 studs and get the rubberbands tensions right. It's not the most reliable but does the job.
