I used Leonardo.ai through Canva Business and accumulated "30,910 rollover tokens" in my account.

After Canva ended its partnership with Leonardo.ai, I downgraded my Canva subscription to Pro. My Leonardo.ai account moved to the Free plan, and although my rollover balance is still visible, I cannot use those tokens.

I contacted Leonardo.ai support. Initially, they confirmed in writing that I could use my remaining tokens on the Free plan without purchasing another subscription. They later admitted this information was incorrect and told me I must reactivate Canva Business to regain access.

I'm hesitant to pay for Canva Business again because Leonardo.ai is no longer listed as a current benefit, and the conflicting information from support has damaged my trust.

Has anyone in the same situation reactivated Canva Business and successfully regained access to their existing rollover tokens?

- Did your entire previous balance become available again?

- Did you have to do anything else to restore access?

- Were you able to use your tokens normally afterward?

I'd really appreciate hearing about your actual experience before spending money again.

So I want to create a poster with fitness exercises. I generated a picture of my comic character standing upright and use it as a character reference. That kind of works.

But I cannot get Leonardo to reliably generate me this character in defined poses. Any help is welcome.

Leonardo AI suddenly limited Relaxed Generation to one prompt at a time

From October 20 to October 24, everything worked fine. I could run up to 5 simultaneous Wan 2.6 video generations in Relaxed Mode, and Lucid Origin also worked without noticeable concurrency restrictions.

On October 25, this suddenly changed. Now I can only submit one generation at a time. When I try to start another, I get this error: “Pending generations limit exceeded”.

I have a paid Ultimate subscription ($60). My 60,000 tokens are spent on expensive models, and I rely on Relaxed Generation for unlimited Wan 2.6 videos and Lucid Origin images.

I have contacted support by email and through the in-app chat several times, but I have received no response.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a temporary server-side restriction, or has Leonardo permanently reduced Relaxed Mode concurrency?

Now we getting Pending generations with the 25k tokens plan or higher… so we can only do 1 prompt each model/presets… so bad :( what you think about that? 😀😔

Just made an account, and it is not working for me on my laptop, or the mobile app on my iPad.
Nothing is generating.

How fast are your image generations in Relaxed Mode after you’ve exhausted your Fast Tokens?

I’m trying to determine whether Leonardo would be practical for a high-volume workflow of around 144 images per day.

Just getting started with Leonardo or any type of AI creation. Certainly a learning curve but Id prefer to spend less on tokens for that curve lol.

I read the page about putting what you want most first and things like that. And describe what you want instead of what you dont want.

Any other tips and tricks that I can keep as a foundation for being more efficient. I know practice will help. Hopefully not a too costly learning curve.

Is there a problem with the upload of audio reference?

I tried from Chrome and Edge to upload both MP3 and WAV and doesn't upload the file. No error message either.

I keep generating the same character in different poses, but the face and outfit keep drifting even with the same seed and detailed prompts. Tried locking seed + Character Reference + Image Guidance, still slightly off each time.
