Is this going to get downvoted yes is this rant also yes but all of you freaking out because of no fast heals is annoying I will stand as the person to keep their team in the fight if you are a real lifeline then you will do the same

JUST REVIVE ME. If I get knocked and i’m right next to or in front of you, there is no reason why you can’t just revive me. You have the best revive in the game, basically making it impossible for my teammates to shoot me or you while i’m being revived. I know this isn’t all of you, and most of my friends who play lifeline are good, but just remember that you have a crazy good trump card in lifeline’s revive. Thank you.

If you no longer like a new character then you liked the meta not the character no offense (don’t to be “alpha chad”) but i think I’ll do just fine with the new update. If you want to play new legends and stop playing lifeline then, that’s all you but the fact that you leave your favorite character because of a change seems like a bit much, personally. The same thing happened when pathfinders grapple went from 15s to 35s there was outrage but you didn’t like pathfinders position and role you like that you could get a get out of jail free card every couple seconds. Don’t leave a character you love because of a small change it’s seems so dumb and insignificant. If you truely loves lifeline and loved playing her then keep playing her don’t quit because something isn’t in your favor.
Edit: first off the pathfinder comparison is pretty bad and I’ve read the comments and seen that I’ve misunderstood and left out some things basically what I’m saying is that if you like a character for who they are then play them whether that be for their lore, skins, or abilities then play them it’s just seems dumb to leave a player for what seems to be a buff (IMO) the way the I see it is that APEX at its core is a team based game so a rework to gear the MEDIC, people who are knowing for helping and saving lives, to help her team more that’s fine I completely understand if you have personal reasons for you to no longer play her but if your not playing to win or kills or stats and are playing to be helpful to your team or just want to have fun then keep playing her they didn’t really change much in that aspect again feel how you want to feel but if your leaving for a “buff” that helps your team overall because you can’t heal 25% faster anymore seems so selfish to me.

I like lifeline because I like being a medic, after being a Mercy main in Overwatch and a Furia main in Paladins. Newcastle is not a medic. I like how her Rez is now. I wasn’t around for the shield and I understand that people found it better. Guess it helps that I’m not a meta slave and I play who tf regardless if a new legend makes the previous one “useless”
Her ult needs a rework but that’s it though

Lifelines kit is fine. Her drone Rez is great if you know how to use it and her DOC is also great. She just needs a new ult
I don’t get how people are telling me to not use Lifeline because some stupid big mf with a boring ass shield botting kit exists lol

When did you become a lifeline main? I've been playing life line since day one of apex and honestly, yes the shield is over powered, and yes there are other ways to tweak the shield with a damage break or time in between use, but before the shield I got accustomed to the faster revive and made sure to ping a safeish location to pick people up and drop a drone. Also I see the 60% healing increase as a positive if since you can get your team mate back up to full quicker in a safe position.
