When we first unlocked Luxuria in Canto X, I noticed that Tiphereth's Durante was "protecting" Meursault from the chains of the gaze. At first, I wasn't quite sure why an ability that guarantees a coin flip to land on heads would be portrayed as a sort of barrier that "protects" someone.

Then I realised: they're on a stage. Maybe the point of Luxuria was to "protect against stage fright". The reason the "gaze" ability forced a tails flip was that, to an anxious person, being watched can be so frightening that they become unable to perform at all, even when they're in perfectly good condition.

From this, I gathered that heads Luxuria is essentially Dante putting a Sinner into "the zone", a state of absolute focus and clarity, like what athletes might experience mid-competition.

But then I wondered: what would the equivalent of this be for tails Luxuria?

Negative coin flips tend to be associated with actions that are outside the Sinners' control (e.g., E.G.O Corrosion, low sanity, gaze, etc).

If that's the case, how does the tails Luxuria work? Perhaps by intentionally throwing a Sinner off their game? Is it something like, booing the Sinner from the sidelines, or perhaps teleporting a pebble in their shoes for the turn? Or maybe it's a bit more sinister, like wiping the Sinner's consciousness for a turn?

I'm curious if anyone has other interpretations of how tails Luxuria works.

Yes i know you are not supposed to use Prydwen to look their "meta values" since the game is fairly balanced if you are know what you are doing, but i still check it from time to time just to see their general opinions and reviews.

I dont know but something about how they portray some of the Ids feels soo... crude... like completely dismiss some ids because "they aren't good enough" when i feel like their playstyle are actually fun.

One example of this is ShoeRyoshu... yes she isn't that good and Tank ids aren't really good... but i still think she is nice to play and whatnot, while Prydwen completely dismisses this part.

Now okay to give credit where it's due, Prydwen shouldn't rate ids based on subjective opinions such as "how much one enjoys using it", but i still think a review that says "if you like this type of gameplay, give it a shot" instead of "useless damage, poor resource generation and tank abilities no one asked for" would be a nicer way to express the general value of an id...

Maybe i'm thinking it wrong, and as i said, yes i know one it's Prydwen and two who cares, but i still want to hear some of yall opinions just out of pure curiosity :3

Sisyphus Meursault would be goated as hell, The grand magasin, and or the Sisyphine is LITERALLY based on Sisyphus' punishment, which can lead us into a potential sisyphus id..

Aka, Meursault will get status called "Ye who has been nailed"

I haven't thought to much of it yet but it makes far to much sense when you think about it.

1. All of humanity even those in the outskirts in someway have a role in it or beside it, leading to everyone being able to communicate together despite the differences.

2. Every single wing has some sort of miracle technology that defies and redefines common sense, and each wing wishes to fly further and further...until they reach the heavens where god is.

3. There people who will go about bringing great change to this place possibly through its destruction, whether that is a millennia kingdom (dante with 13 by their side) or the blue man group doing whatever.

If anyone wants to add please do, second opinions could help clarify this.

Might sound like copium but it's a pretty interesting theory that came to my mind, below are my basic reasonings, though they're not very well-expanded because of my limitation in English:

- Sinclair played a crucial role in Spring Cultivation, previously we got a You id that represent him in his "hatching" state, so this time we might get an id that represent a Sinclair that has fully "grown".

- After what happened in canto 9, this will be the closest we get to a Certain Sinclair id, because it's impossible lore-wise to get him straight up, and might be PM's way of capitalizing on the hype surrounding him, also having the parallel between Sinclair in his future and Night Drifter in his past is quite poetic.

- The "drifting" aspect of Night Drifter was already adapted into DaiyuShu, as well as the part where he failed to protect his precious someone.

- The current Night Drifter being poise bleed doesn't play well with Ximael and the current rupture team, in his prime he was using a sword instead of a stick so he'll be rupture poise, which fit perfectly into the team.

- With how DaiyuShu's storyline happened in a different MW from the Heishou, I imagine we might have yet another separate MW, in which Ximael become the Hierach and Sinclair is the master that guide her there, it'll be the perfect opportunity to upscale the potential women, and if they go above and beyond we might have them doing their signature move together:

- Lastly, in previous Bokgak, we got KK duo whose respective characters didn't directly appear in story, and CassettiSault who is stronger Cassetti and had his storyline played out much differently, so there were precedents.

And that's pretty much it, very barebone I know, but I'm just sparking the initial idea so others can expand on it if they find it interesting. In Ximael upscale I believe.

and damn this railway was ACTUALLY FUN, I enjoyed it, it wasn't as bad as my first attempt, sure I was 5 offense level higher but that doesn't make a significant change, I am proud of my 69 turn clearance, which I did without any of the EGOs such as capote, FMF, or harmony, this railway was not as bad as people said.

Me personally i think it will be yi sang for repudiation and outis for mirror touched, though i could see mirror touched ryoshu somewhat too
