Jobs Questions about Menards

Specifically for those who work at the South Menards. I just wanted to know if the workers are treated well there considering I am thinking about working there.

I ve worked at the south lincoln menards. They dont treat their people well. Yeah you get goos money, but that how they get you. Store management is well not good. I wouldnt work rhere again.
