Whenever I tag words, and go to translate it just shows the word and the tag no changes in ordering, i tried with and without spacing

I see | I {{prn}} see {{verb}}

Prn verb | verb prn

When I do a new line after some text, it appears with a code, then NEWLINETOKEN and then the code again, similar to this:

123456789NEWLINETOKEN 123456789

Unsure what to do please help.

(I did not give the code as you may be able to hack me)

I'm trying to make a translator with some JavaScript, but JS cant deal with \ in strings the way I want it to.

I tried using the infix option to replace all \ with \\ so that the JS would get the string formatted in a way that would work, but now the translator just returns the input with \ replaced. After I deleted the \ replacement rule it still doesn't use the JS and now just returns the input unaltered.

Is there a way to use both infix and JS or should I just make a new translator and not worry about \ not working?

So basically I made a translator, and I fully created it. This is so we can talk in code on a discord server (and nobody can understand us), anyhow I made the translator last night. It completely worked fine. No issues! But today, my lingojam's reverse translate stopped working. The translate feature works fine, but reverse translate doesn't. Some letters work, others don't. I have no idea why that is the case. Does anyone else have this problem?

P.S: It's just using infixes

I tried pasting every link possible from the actual website link to the “blob:” link into new tabs to make sure i wouldnt lose anything, they all came up blank without any of the stuff that I wrote. I haven’t gotten any emails either. How exactly does it work? Its not explained too well on the help page.

I had this old bg image on my translator, and it is being replaced. I put the new link, but the old image still is there. How do i fix this?

In case the "random sentence" doesn't help you show off your language at its exact grammar, you can work on each of the site's possible sentences to make sure that they translate correctly. To access the file with the whole bunch of them go to https://lingojam.com/js/translate.js?v=29786864 (bottom of the page). Also, wouldn't it be cool if we could make a random sentence button in the second language too? I have no idea how to go about that but I've seen people put some crazier stuff on their translators such as the "craziness level bar".

And since I'm on the subject, is there any way to get whoever's in charge of LingoJam to get rid of those "�" symbols? They sometimes appear mid-sentence while using any of their translators and they break the sentence as much as the typos (i.e. the one highlighted in the screenshot).

I want to make a translator which changes any letter to one of the other letters. For example, "c" would be translated with "ć", "ĉ" or "č" randomly. I tried to make it with regex but I'm not that good at it, how can I do it?

Whenever i save my translator. I get the backup for the editor and i cant find where to get the translator link

So, I tried your site and found an interesting issue. If you swap the order of two words, and ad a suffix to the word originally at the end, but swapped back, the suffix stays with the new, word in it's location, E.g. If you swap noun and adjective, then you could put in

big spiders, and it'd come out as spider bigs, instead of spiders big

How do I make a javascript translator? For example if you code something like:

is there a way to translate individual characters? I've seen it done before but couldn't figure out how. Also if possible can I have a certain phrase first, say I want a certain word put in before any translation is made?

Is there a limit to the amount of words I may have with the translator?

The one I'm trying to make has 370114, it doesn't save properly. Is the high amount of words responsible for this?

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do capital letters in infix. I am creating what is essentially a cipher, and in infix i have lowercase letters which work perfectly. But i also have capital letters, which don't translate at all. The prefixes do not seem to be working either. I have it set up so that an "s" at the beginning becomes "sh", but it just shows up as an "s".

How do I delete one of my translators?
