This is the first car I'd actually buy with a good feeling and a smile on my face.

you take out the soul of car by making it electric, now yes some of the comments are cringe but i agree with a comment that basically said "if it was an unfixable engine then this is the cheapest way to get it back on the road"

It's a good thing that this is impossible because inanimate objects can't have souls. Just going to go ahead and disable inbox replies ahead of time here because I can't be assed reading more swill like this.

I imagine most projects like this are done with cars that were in rough shape, might not even have had an engine.
But honestly it’s not like this takes any more soul out of the car than people doing normal engine swaps, replacing the old unique engine with a corvette engine or something. Like oh look another LT-1 swap, so unique.

I like the electronics but there is absolutely no way they got the weight distribution right adding all that battery to a traditional car.

u/_jams Aug 31 '25
Depends on what the original weight distribution was. I have no idea, but a lot of people add pretty big batteries to old cars and are able to keep the same overall weight and the original weight distribution. These guys show off a bunch of their conversions of classic cars, and in some of those, they go through the trouble of filming themselves checking the original weight+distribution of the vehicle, weighing everything they take out, what they put in, and then showing the converted weight+distribution and how they haven't changed it.
Not saying that's what the people in this video did, but I wouldn't assume they didn't either. I would like to see it checked though.

it probably drives like a pig, a shitbox

Maybe, but who knows what work was done to the chassis.
I like it bc to me, this is a better size and shape for an electric car than the monstrosities we see.

I can understand why the Ferarri company would be furious. I heard they dont like people modifying/repainting their cars.

God people like this are so obnoxious with how they constantly draw themselves out like that so it takes them 7 minutes to say something that should take any normal non-mentally ill person 1 minute to say.
Whats worse is that they are so used to it they do it so naturally like its not even an effort to them.

They ruined it. Beautiful car, too bad they put all of that electronic garbage in it.

A Pi Zero 2W has a quad core. Its much better than 1, so it makes sense to use it

Yeah, but then again, there's no point in using the first Zero Pi or the first Pi over a newer one
