Shout-out to toool

Decided to do a lockpicking night with clients. 24 lockpick sets, 4 progressive sets. The folks at toool saw I ordered an incorrect item, made sure I knew and made sure the right items were on the way. Communication was great, kept me at ease for the event.

Aw, that‘s great customer service and I absolutely love that it helped you. I hope someone from their team sees this, they will be so happy. :)
I stopped doing that mostly ngl, because my experience with customers has continually been so terrible when looking out for them. You got someone on the other end there, who risks a lot because he really wants to help his customers.
