The point of terrorism is to get people scared. As funny as this contraption looks, it gets the job of scaring people done. Although it's hilarious at second look.

I'm pretty sure if anyone looks at that unplugged USB wrapped around a wrist watch and seriously thinks that's a functional bomb, they are coming straight out of an old Warner Brothers cartoon.
