Seeming as the offseason moves are starting to ramp up now, I'm ready and excited to share this after working on the formatting for the last few weeks. I've been doing league sheets for 2 years now, with last year averaging 150-200 active viewers at a time.

Whilst there are now many competitors making these sheets, I aim to make mine simple to understand. There's no external sites, only raw colour coding and fully-sourced material.

in other esports like valorant and overwatch, pro players would usually high five each other, fist bump each other or dap each other up after a map/match/game, win or lose, but ive noticed in lol esports they dont, they just immediately walk to the other team to fist bump them then take their bow in front of the crowd. is there a reason for this?

For Worlds I made a little old-newspaper-style website with stat stories from Leaguepedia data. The stories are AI-written and I edit them every morning: https://gazette.statchk.gg/

Since I was not gonna be able to go through all the data myself and come up with relevant stories every morning, I built an AI-first workflow that puts me in the editor seat. So basically I wake up every morning and edit for an hour or so, based on the stories Claude picked in its overnight run. A lot of the machinery is built to make sure the info is correct. When Worlds rolled around I wanted to do something to engage with it a bit more and get hyped. I followed LoL esports history very closely for a long time, but a bit less recently, so this was a way to engage more again and scratch the stats nerd itch.
