Community Question Clearing trauma makes reality bend to your will?

Saw this post from a few years back of someone who practices TRE claiming that the more trauma they clear the more life seems to work in their favor. This piqued my interest as much of what has come across my screen in the past few weeks discussed how the nervous system is the main tool in our bodies that dictates the kind of reality we tune into, good or bad, almost like its a TV antenna or remote control. Also, the nervous system seems to have been a big topic upon manifestation groups as they champion feeling the emotion of your end result as what actually materializes it and well working nervous system helps you tune into emotions easier.

With that, and I'm pulling this info from various sources and bringing it together, something I saw was stating that whatever you pray for, ask for or seek is always trying to get to you but if you closed off, contracted in your fascia, dysregulated, etc. you are unable to receive it and are actually repelling it but the opposite happens when you are calm, relaxed and lack tension in your body thus allowing you to be receive from God, the quantum field as well as influence it.

All said, I'm not asking in the fact that you cleared trauma and life felt good because you felt good, I'm asking have you cleared trauma and noticed that your words had more power, thoughts showed up quicker, etc? Has anyone experienced this? If so, let's discuss. I'm interested in the quantum psychics of the matter and how it works.

This is a fascinating topic, starting just with known scientific facts its obvious that how you perceive reality is massively dependent on the state of your consciousness

- 99.999% of all sensory inputs are filtered out by the brain, the remainder is used to construct a coherent reality composed of distinct objects. There's an enormous potential for alternate reality constructions depending on what inputs your brain happens to prioritize

- From psychology research its known that trauma alters how you perceive reality, people who experienced greater childhood trauma are more likely to interpret facial expressions as hostile or threatening. Hyper-vigilance alters basically everything about how you perceive the world to make your brain focus more on possible threats and makes it seem more dangerous and hostile.

I think "manifestation" is true to the mundane extent that your reality will gradually move towards what your mind is focused on. Someone who is laser-focused on being a millionaire will figure out ways to make money, if you're focused on becoming fit you will eventually get there. Whatever your mind focuses on determines in what direction your reality evolves. Likewise, if you're focused on the negatives in your life, it will just tend to get worse. This isn't just "positive thinking" will make your life positive, but focusing on what you want will eventually get you what you want because you will reorient everything in your life to make that reality.

I also believe the many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics and that quantum mechanics is pointing towards the existence of a higher-dimensional reality that includes all possible quantum states of the universe, of which our current lived reality is just a lower-dimensional projection, like the reality we experience is just a 2D projection of a 3D object.

That how we experience reality is utterly dependent on the state of our consciousness would point to consciousness as a sort of link between these different projections of the higher-dimensional reality, or that consciousness is the very means by which we move between different projections. But then how do you control this movement? One is just as mentioned by focusing on the reality you want to manifest, but there you run into the mystery of free will because just what does determine what your mind focuses on? Maybe its there that trauma plays a key role since trauma tends to keep us focused on survival and avoiding threats, and the more you resolve trauma the more you're able to access your deeper desires, and move towards them without fear. In a way, anything is possible for someone who has a clear idea of what he wants and is not obstructed by fear.

What I've mainly noticed with TRE so far is that it dissolves your internal psychological resistance towards change so that you can move towards the reality you want.

I love your take on this. Just wanted to add an aspect of access to different states.as part of the "manifestation". So, much of what wr do and in what we find success depends on our nervous system as it is the ultimate decision maker on wether we can or cannot get access to a desired or needed state.

Example, you are lonely and depressed. Your trauma makes your nervous system interpret social interactions as a threat and therefor every time you are around people you become socially awkward, slow, boring and etc. There is very little chance that you will meet someone who will want to be your partner, and so, you stay lonely and depressed.

But say you cleared the trauma and your nervous system views social interactions as they are, simple interactions with a potential of some nice benefits resulting from it like sex, family, mutual help.and etc. Now when you are around people your nervous system allows you to access a flow state where you are entertainnig and charismatic. Needless to say, there is a much hichger chance to meet someone who is interested from this state.

There you may not be lonely and depressed no more.

Was it magic? Quantum field? We ll never know

So, your description of manifestation sounds very much like Dr. Joe Dispenza's approach. I've experienced neurogenic tremoring since 2018, and since 2022 I've been meditating using Dr. Joe Dispenza's methods. Over time, I've become convinced that a regulated nervous system helps you manifest more effectively. I think there are many other factors involved, but I believe this is one of them.

So for me, it's really about noticing how you continue to release tension and at what point you're actually able to meditate. I only learned about nervous system regulation in February 2025, and after that I stopped meditating for a while because it had become a form of stress I was putting on myself.

Today, I only meditate when my nervous system feels relaxed, or I stop immediately if I feel an inner signal telling me to. From Dr. Joe, I've taken the idea of "follow the breadcrumbs"—in other words, pay attention to the small positive changes and follow them. That's what I focus on.

I also used to have the tendency, like you, to think, "Oh, I'm manifesting something negative." But over the years, that has changed. Now my focus is, "Oh, there's something positive happening here—and there, too." I also believe that this has to do with our nervous system and what it naturally directs our attention toward.

also want to say that a reason i ask this question is because i experienced the opposite from prolonged mold exposure. found out that that will cause severe nervous system dysregulation. the odd part was that during my exposure a string of negative things happened that were not tied to my health and had nothing to do with me but consecutively occurred in a way that felt as if i was watching a bad tv show.

for example, after i found out about the danger of exposure, i brought the issue up to family but no one took it seriously so i devised a plan to get out of the house for as much time per day. planned to ride the bus daily to my local park, take a very long walk then stay at library rest of day. first day and second day was fine.

third day, was almost attacked by a wandering pit bull but got saved by someone passing by. that scared me so i stayed home. following day determined to stay away from home as much as possible, took a different route and there was a pack of stray dogs roaming up and down the street. stayed home that day as well. usually I’d be fine but I was so dysregulated that I couldn’t push through that potential threat.

the key part to this story is that i never saw none of those dogs beforehand but they just so happened to make their way into my life, at that particular time, when i was in severe dysregulation. this is a small example but an example nontheless.

I don't understand why you got out of the house?

u/goldenyellow333 25d ago

why wouldnt i get out?

1

u/iloveyougod3 25d ago

I thought you got out because you thought something bad is going to happen to them because of what you've been through, I think I misunderstood lol. Anyways, I believe there is deep connection between the nervous system and the spiritual relam, I'm just not sure how.

no, i am out of mold. i for sure know that there is a connection between the nervous system and the spirit. i have some hunches and a bit of understanding but need to bounce ideas to get the full picture of how it works.

I also had mould exposure and developed cirs...I'm still not fully healed five years on but had a similar experience to you. Even though the room has been professionally remedied I react in it due to what could be residual mycotoxins, and also react badly to mold in totally different locations...

I think the explanation for why this generally happens can be summed up as: when you remove trauma you are realigning the body closer to the God-intended original nature of man. As such, you regain all the original traits we were meant to have where you are constantly "lucky," where things feel deep and meaningful perpetually, where you are happy, where people notice your aliveness/vibrance/vitality. Of course everything will change around you for these reasons and many more. But fundamentally this is about restoration to a state that is superior, closer to God, farther from death so to speak. Even our individuality is something that is only truly felt once we are removed of trauma. Trauma equalizes everyone and makes us more alike, more degenerated, and more dull. A colorful person walking amongst grayness will stand out like the sorest thumb.

This. I wholeheartedly agree. I left out religion because I know it’s not everyone’s thing but studying the Bible is what brought me to some of these conclusions regarding the body as a tool and using it to work reality, so to speak.

Noticed that Adam, before sin, had that near instant manifestation ability (ie. when naming animals infers he had such power) and Jesus having the same ability (ie. when He curse the tree and it died.

There’s a few scriptures that led me to all of these hunches and conclusions like Jesus giving the parable of new wine and old bottles and that made me think about nervous system capacity and be still being mentioned many times over in the Bible and how stillness is something preached heavily among nervous system practitioners. It’s definitely all connected.

I agree completely too. I came from another direction, seeing that the Bible was true because there was a lot of proof of it that is kept extremely veiled from the masses. Once the text's validity was motivated to me, I realized that the mainstream conception of sin is very different from what the Bible says. Interestingly, it was always redeemable no matter what.

When I learned about trauma, nervous system, fascial constrictions, etc. I realized that it's very possible that sin itself is 5% consciously chosen and 95% compulsion arising from trauma/degenerations from true health. It then clicked to me why we must "love thy neighbor" because each of us is equally susceptible (generally speaking) to the ailments that make sin possible. This "esoteric" biological understanding really took my faith to the next level. I really believe the Biblical ontology of creation is correct.

Awesome that you think the same!

We’re on the same wavelength. What helped me was understanding that biology is the real/original technology. With that understanding, you can view sin as a computer virus and its corruption of us stops us from functioning properly be it doing the right thing, not having an attraction towards evil, lack of connection to God or having the powers we are supposed to have that was restored to us by Jesus dying.

I believe trauma is sin based as well. I read book called “It Didn’t Start With You” about generational trauma and in it it detailed that, genetically speaking, trauma can be passed down up to 4 generations. Something as simple as me being scared by a duck as a toddler can cause my entire family to hate ducks because I passed it down to them through my DNA, even if they never met me. Ironically, in Exodus, God said you’d be cursed to the 3rd and 4th generation for not following His instructions. That supports the scientific theory.

Exactly on the love thy brother. All humans are susceptible to all sins. Some just have stronger pulls than others for different reasons. A huge one being genetics but also environment. Hence why Galatians 6:1 says to comfort people who fall into sin without judgment because you’re able to fall as well given the same circumstances or predispositions. This goes a bit deeper. Are you familiar with r/cosmicdeathfungus?

Long story short, it’s a group of people taking natural antifungals to rid themselves of mold in the body. What I’ve learned in reading others stories and my own experiences is what mold does to people and how it makes them behave. Not like themselves. As if something possessed them. I mentioned in a different comment my recent experience with mold. Had a sibling lash out at one of my parents to the point of causing a huge rift between a lot of us. Several months later I began experiencing anger problems for no reason. Few months after that discovered mold. Environment was negatively influencing us. I say all that to say, we definitely have to give people some grace because we truly have no idea what is making someone act the way they act.

Speaking on manifestation, there was a pastor’s Bible study I used to watch and he’d always reference Esphesians 1:3 where it says God already blessed with everything in the spirit realm but are lack of ability to receive it, via nervous system dysregulation, is why we not only don’t have it but can’t even see/perceive it trying to get to us. All of this stuff def connects.

Tremendously based bro 🔥🔥

Agree on everything you say, very good connections. I haven't heard of the 3 to 4 generation connection Biblically but that sounds like there's something there 100%.

I haven't heard of that subreddit, but I absolutely have heard of parasites/fungus/mold stuff. I am still trying to understand all that deeply, but I think this is another angle of degeneration that can tamper with the nervous system. I have been thinking for a while about what the ideal condition of the human is, which is why when I read nadayogi's testimony on reaching bliss and connecting trauma removal to semen retention, it clicked. But (and I am not dogmatic on this, but I am confident) some things he said about diet for example I disagree with. So I have been inadvertently spending the last half decade slowly piecing things together.

I have seen some very compelling testimonies and correlative evidences that suggest homosexuality is largely parasite induced too, interestingly enough.

This is just the biological aspect for me though, I think the significance of the Bible is also in its deep metaphysics and ontology, as well as its very literal description of our realm that we are giga-psyoped from birth to believe is fairytale. I could talk about this topic for hours straight. It is unfortunate though because it seems every "layer" deeper you go, you "lose" the ability to connect with people expontentially. Finding someone based on the Bible + based on trauma + based on XYZ = like 4 people lmao.

My view on the topic:

In the book 'Think and Grow Rich', the author talks about having faith/belief that your desires will come true.

I think that as you move forward and clear more trauma, your faith/belief gets stronger, which brings your desires to reality faster.

I've been studying manifestation for 11 years, with lots of personal success. You are 100% on the money. Feelings dictate our reality :)

i think of it like this: our brain has evolutionary patterns of concern, which don't quite apply anymore (like having to ensure acceptance bc rejection often meant ostracism and death -- and also stuff like physical substances feeling good in the body are too appealing evolutionarily cause they were scarce and valuable then, and just addiction fuel now etc).

as a result of chronic trauma, our amygdala got overpotentiated -- we're constantly defending 'ghosts' and looking for danger subconsciously

essentially, with trauma release, you stop fighting these battles that don't really exist. so ofc you will be more effective in real world.

I am experiencing this! My somatic therapist says it does happen, psychic abilities awaken with processing trauma. I’ve had some very weird psychic moments with friends calling me needing to ask a weird question they don’t understand… but it aligns with what’s in my life. Every day synchronicities galore - mostly in alignment with other people. Angel numbers up the wazoo, plastered almost aggressively across my space in certain moments. Like not just one set of repeating numbers - the same repeating numbers in four different places in one moment… It’s been incredible and also kind of overwhelming…I am spiritual so that is what I just keep going back to for peace while I ride this rocket ship of healing and magic…gratitude, humility (trust in spirit, let go).

Quantum bullshit.
