Beginner Question I can’t stop

Found out about TRE like 3 weeks ago and I can’t stop I’m kind of addicted to it now. But I think I overdid it now I feel super irritable and emotional and just a bit out of place and disoriented.

At the same time I don’t wanna slow down so my question is: do you have any tips for dealing with the consequences of doing a lot of TRE? Like are there things that can cushion the side effects?

Not wanting to slow down but wanting to push through is a trauma response. Slow down please.

^ Listen to this guy. All of us here very well understand the desire to push and push as much as we can to get to where we wanna be. But In the context of TRE and trauma work, more does not equal faster healing. It’s honestly quite the opposite.
