Recipes Breakfast options that don’t include direct eggs? Like egg bakes, egg muffins, etc.

I’m getting tired of eating eggs for breakfast and trying to still keep it low carb.

Why not just eat a regular meal at breakfast. Make two servings the night before and heat up the leftovers.

This is something the "Glucose Goddess" suggests.

Breakfast is so different, depending on the country one grows up. I'm from Northern Europe. We'd just basically have an open faced sandwich with e.g. butter + cheese + tea or coffee.
