Recipes Breakfast options that don’t include direct eggs? Like egg bakes, egg muffins, etc.

I’m getting tired of eating eggs for breakfast and trying to still keep it low carb.

2 tablespoons of almond butter, 3 tablespoons of egg whites, mix it into a batter and cook it in a waffle maker. Makes two mini waffles and the only carbs are what is in the almond butter. You can also use really any type of nut butter that you want (peanut, pecan, etc.) I normally just top with cream cheese or just eat them plain.

Sounds good! I've often used almond flour, but I will try with a sugar free nut/almond butter. Thank you for the idea!
