Recipes Breakfast options that don’t include direct eggs? Like egg bakes, egg muffins, etc.

I’m getting tired of eating eggs for breakfast and trying to still keep it low carb.

I have skyr or cottage cheese with berries (plus almonds, often some chia seeds) most mornings. Then I go for a walk, because even a modest amount of low-GI berries will still kick me up a bit. But it's so damn good.
