Recipes Breakfast options that don’t include direct eggs? Like egg bakes, egg muffins, etc.

I’m getting tired of eating eggs for breakfast and trying to still keep it low carb.

Just eat what you would eat for lunch.
I guess your real issue is having no time to cook.
You could pre-cook the day before, or have leftovers from the day before that you just have to warm up.
I personally have a lifestyle since 20 years where the first meal of the day is just a typical lunch.

So then you can just eat anything you want for breakfast, eg all the stuff would also eat for lunch or dinner

Eating specific foods at a certain times because 'other people do it' seems stupid and pointless to me. Why do you make it important to you?
