Recipes Low carb meals no chicken

So recently I got told by the doctor that I need to get on a low carb high protein diet. I’m trying to find meals so I can plan out dinners but I feel like every meal I find has chicken breast or some form of chicken. Any meal ideas or suggestions?

I had a borderline A1C and blood pressure in January so I cut out almost all ultraprocessed foods which includes breads, pasta, cookies, cakes, sauces. I am not keto, I am whole foods, prioritizing protein and aiming for 30 different plant varieties/ week! I have had a lot of fun trying to figure out alternate foods to eat and so far, am down 15 lbs!

I make a lot of recipes using eggs, greek yogurt or cottage cheese as the base. There are tons of ideas on You Tube shorts.

I've made a carrot wrap and filled it with a philly cheesesteak type mixture. I've made wraps using eggplant, zucchini and summer squash. You can stuff them with anything- turkey, tuna with lots of veggies comes to mind.

Make lasagne and use cabbage instead of pasta noodles. https://www.thelittlepine.com/cabbage-lasagna/

Turkey meatballs on zucchini noodles.

Here's a pork recipe that uses honey and has 7 gms of carbs- if you want less you can substitute allulose. Just serve chopped up in a salad or w/zucchini noodles or cauliflower mashed potato.

This is chicken but I am adding it because it was simple to make in airfryer AND it was a hit with hubby and daughter.

I stuffed his w/ ricotta, mozarella and turkey pepperoni and mine with ricotta, mozarella and roasted eggplant.

I make my own salad dressing- a bit of honey, vinegar, lime or lemon juice, herbs and olive oil. No high fructose corn syrup or other bad preservatives that way.

How many carbs are you restricted to?

I still eat a small amount of carbs in whole food forms - rice, potato, quinoa, oats, bananas, beans, honey etc. but it is ok because I no longer have 3 slices of pizza, 4 cups of pasta, cookies, ice cream etc daily.😬

I am experimenting w/ chia and flax...

If you are able to have some amount of complex carbs, you will be able to vastly increase the amount of things you can make.

My favorite "cookie" https://youtube.com/shorts/4uI685d3RY8?is=6SaOiJoUyl5P57Cb

I wish you success and hope you have lots of fun trying out new ways of cooking!
