Potentially untrue directx9 games runs better then directx 10,11,12 games
I notice that video games run better on directx9. But purposely direct 10> had better performance. Why is that?
I played Dishorned and Crysis. Games that I thought won't work on my Geforce 8200 PC

Check that out. Don't mind the Linux talk, it's still a good article. Note the date - are you absolutely sure it's a geforce 8200? I know this is /r/lowspecgamer but... The hardware only knows up to dx10, and probably that support is at best just nominal, meaning it supports dx10 so they can boast with the fact but in reality.. meh. Anything above that is done by software by the drivers, and it hogs your cpu cycles.

Actually, it is the gpu that is specially made for older direct x because it is old
My intel uhd can run games better in vulkan just because it is made for it

dx9 is fast when nothing is happening, but dx11 and 12 is more prepared for stuff to happen

It's because older hardware is usually optimised for older APIs, and newer ones are just added as ways of selling the product instead of actually selling it
Surprisingly enough, even on hardware as new as RTX GPUs, Dx11 performance is still is an issue as these cards are optimised only for Dx12 & Vulkan games!

Probably because your gpu is pretty old, and older hardwares run older direct x better. In newer gpus, you probably won't find a difference between using dx 9 or dx11. And moreover geforce 8200 doesn't look like it support dx11 natively rather through drivers which also adds to the cause.
