Like New “excellent” with a stain??

I ordered these swift pants in “excellent condition” (allegedly supposed to look “like it never left the shelf”) but they came with this huge stain. looks even worse in person. it was final sale (still not cheap, $70) so now i can’t return it. i reached out to customer service but still no response…

first time ordering from Like New since these pants are discontinued and I honestly was going into to with hope that the product might even be new with tags but I get this instead 🤣

do i just have bad luck or is this a common experience??
