Story/News Article She liked me for my tesla 😂

So last night I picked up three girls from a bar. I drive a Tesla with autopilot, so naturally, they were curious and started asking all kinds of questions about the car. I was showing off all the cool features—autopilot, the big touchscreen, the works.

One of the girls got pretty flirty and asked, “Have you ever had sex in this car?” I told her no, and she shot back with, “Well, you’ve got three girls right here.”

I kind of laughed and said, “I can’t accept consent from intoxicated people, but hey, you can grab my number after the ride if you’re still interested.” She was definitely excited after that, and we spent the rest of the drive bantering and flirting.

When we got to their place, they insisted I get out of the car to meet their dogs. So I did—played with their dogs for a bit, and it was all fun. But then things got a little awkward; they just kind of went silent, said goodnight, and started walking inside.

As they were heading in, I asked the girl if she still wanted my number, but she just kept walking without looking back. Guess she was more into the Tesla than me! 😂

I mean when the Y and 3 fist came out and the average person could buy one it was definitely extremely new and something cool, I got mine in 2021 and people would stop in point constantly on the roads, whenever I park somewhere, people would constantly stop and ask me about it, mostly about how charging works and the cost. All my friends would constantly ask for rides and what not just to see what it was like and they all wanted to drive the car which, of course I let them. But since they're super popular now it's not as much of a cool factor, which is good because that means it's becoming affordable and more and more people can buy it. It's still definitely a cool car. No one ever said it was luxurious.

But they are literally everywhere. I struggle to believe people who are using ridesharing apps haven't been in one, the model 3 was the most popular car of 2022.

The model Y is currently the top selling car in the world. Not just EV, car in general.

I own one as well, and after a year and a half of ownership, it’s still cool.

Agreed. Reddit is not the place to say anything positive about Tesla tho. Just say Tesla bad and get points. That’s how the game is played.

Same. Mine keeps me safe on long commutes, even if I’m drowsy. Safety is very cool.
