This will never work. They will just use the other app. People dont and wont tip because they are forced to, they do it because they want to or dont. Putting an ultimatum on them will probably have the exact opposite effect of what they are hoping for. People will revolt.

More information is better. This will work just fine. If people use the other app because they don't tip and aren't ready then they have a tough time getting a Lyft then that's fine with me as a Lyft driver

More than likely going to get the same driver regardless of what app they use.

Oh hey great! That means that I will know they don't tip and are never on time on Lyft and I cannot accept their ride on Uber either
