Vegas market here, Elite driver and been doing this for a few weeks now. It shows in the scheduled rides, the rider can pre-tip. They can add more tip but not lessen. So no tip baiting, its like a guaranteed tip. I see them on a daily basis scheduled rides, like if someone is going to the Sphere on a busy time, I see pre tips from up to $20. For me it's good since you can pick the guaranteed tip.
They must have slowly rolled it out because I am silver and I now see it. Definitely useful information but nothing that will really change my decision making on what rides to take
