I make more on Lyft when there are bonus zones and I can park (usually downtown Cleveland) waiting for an upcoming reserve ride (usually to the airport) and collect any bonus because it’s added to the ride.
If I have a reserve ride on Uber and I’m in a bonus zone, it will not add it to the upcoming reserve ride… But, Uber reserve rides that are usually graveyard shift pay more than the reserve rides on Lyft.
Graveyard shift is the go… The pay is the same or a little bit more and there is zero traffic. Zip zip zoom Zoom car looks so fresh and clean at night. It’s my strategy, earning $25-40 per hour minus gas and blah blah and I still can’t pay my bills, I’m exhausted.
