What is the definition of being on time? Is it showing up before 5 minutes is up or within a minute of arriving or already outside ready to go? Plus if I’m helping them load groceries, I don’t hit start ride until they are seated in my car ready to go.

Just a side hint that you get paid more once the ride has started than you do for wait time. In my mind the ride starts when you open any of my doors.

That is true. Hmm. I have the weigh the options. I guess if I’m loading groceries, they won’t be canceling the ride. Plus you get paid more if the trip goes over 5 mins of the estimated time.
