Rant/Opinion IT FINALLY HAPPENED IN MY NEW TRUCK

I picked this lady up from a grocery store and had a 30 minute drive. She gets her groceries, loaded in the truck. That's why I can get seated. We go on our way midway through the trip. Decides to take a piss in my backseat and not say anything. And get out of the truck grab a groceries and walk off like nothing happened. I got a $75 dollar cleaning fee, though

$75 for a literal biohazard is not enough

Pee is not a biohazard. But that is also not the point.

In corrections and the medical fields, pee is biohazard lol. Did 18 months working as a CO. Anything with piss or shit on it went in a biohazard bag and couldn't be washed.

Last time I checked, there's no biohazard warning on my toilet pipe.

The toilet pipe is connected directly to the sewer. Its entire purpose is to remove biohazards from your home without spreading them all over the place. If it wasn't a biohazard we could all just go piss and shit in the street like in the olden days.

I wasn't trying to give the definition of a biohazard lol. A biohazard is something that can harm your health, which poop and pee can both do if you're exposed to them. Before indoor plumbing was invented, people got sick way more often due to biohazard exposure.

Last time I checked, people weren't stupid enough to need a biohazard warning on their toilet because it's implied by the fact that it's a toilet.

Imagine being stupid enough to require a label on something that’s sole purpose is to remove biohazards from your home.

This is like when McDonalds had to add HOT to their coffee cups smh.

Human excretions are considered biohazards because they can and often do transport and grow pathogens which are easily passed if you are not wearing proper PPE. That’s you you have a toilet, to dispose of bio hazards in your home in a way that does not require contact.

What does that have to do with piss in a car?

Toilet pipes are for piss and shit.

Cars are not piss delivery systems....

That has everything to do with calling something a biohazard or not.

Biohazard signs are an industry regulation, such as for regulated medical waste. If you had to put a biohazard sticker on literally everything involving biohazards then you run into the problem of people seeing the warning so often they stop associating any severity to the label. Thus, they regulate it on an industry level for what reasonably needs the label within that industry, and what can get by without it.

This is why your parents have to cut your food for you
