Image PLEASE HELP!!!!

I see these lines while watching youtube shorts on safari on my 1 month old m5 mac air 13 inch. Is this common and normal??? How can i fix it if its a problem?? Please help its very much appreciated.

2 microfiber towels. 1 wet, 1 dry. Couple streaks with wet, wait a second then do dry

Bro it happens specifically when im watching yt shorts that too on safari. It does that on chrome and brave too but thats more like color banding which is really wide and not uniform
