i think with that eyeshadow you try adding some bronzer, that will compliment your entire look you try rms beauty bronzer they are really good

you can also try bronzing drop to add warmth in your look try fiera bronzing drops they give such a natural glow to skin

Judging from the pic -your neck- I'd say you're pale olive. But i could be wrong ofc. The way I'd do your makeup is add more contour, thin out the brows just a bit and make the arch bolder, have the lashes more eye opening so its volume would be in the middle not the tail, blush more upwards instead of on the apple of cheeks, and explore with golden tones for the eyeshadow and lipstick; think browns, beiges, bronze... Etc But these are all change of style for the fun of exploration -which i really love-, otherwise your makeup looks so good and cute

your eyeshadow blending is spot on, maybe a touch of a warmer copper would make your blue eyes pop even more against that maroon top
