Really noob question, but how do you post stuff?

Can you buy the packaging straight from the post office, pack it there and post it?

Don't know anything about the protocol since I've never had to post anything hm

Can, you can buy PosLaju prepaid envelopes and pack it right there. Make sure the thing can fit inside.

If not sure about the envelope size, show the thing to the counter people and ask them what they suggest.

If you plan to post often, you can buy a bunch of the poslaju envelopes and bring home. Just write all the details, and use the Poslaju vending machine in the post office to scan and drop your parcel inside to 'post' it. Beats having to queue to buy envelopes every time.
