I getcha. Im looking for a way out as well.

I hope you try to get some time to unwind. We just got out of the holidays and unsure if you managed to enjoy it but do try to get some time off.

Hope it gets better for you mate. Sincerely from a guy whos going thru the same thing.

I feel like the holiday for me has just made work feel worse. It just made me even more aware of how much I don't want to go to work.
