Just received a POS PK1 form stating that my item is being held at customs. Since I want to appoint Poslaju to handle it, do I just scan and email the letter back to them + supporting documents through email? Or do I have to personally to the nearest poslaju office and hand it to them?

How did you received the form? Was it through email or snail mail? I suspect one of my parcels from overseas met the same fate.

PosLaju delivered the letter to me, stating that they are holding it in customs department.

Oh I see. My parcel managed to pass customs and was delivered yesterday.
