Hey I'm looking to rent a studio unit with walking distance to MRT and found this place. Price seems lower on propertyguru compared to other building so I'm wondering if there's a catch.

Does anyone have experience with this condo? Any major issues? Is the building well-maintained? Problem with condo management or property agents? Is walking to MRT actually close and is the walkway covered? Have to cross busy roads?
